Hi Shannon. Just checking in. Hope you are doing okay. Those of us who have been smokers are pretty good at beating up on ourselves.
I'm not planning on having a slip or a relapse anymore than you were. However, I know that it happens. Since I'm new at this quitting thing, I don't know what that feels like (but having read posts from others it sounds like if feels awful) However, it may be something that some of us have to go through as part of the learning process.
I have really struggled many days and have been so close to grabbing that cigarette. I'm sure alot of us have. Bad things happen, we all mess up sometimes...hope you come back and hope you are doing okay.
