QuitMeister,
Good for you! Glad to see your standing firm in your resolve to stay quit. Think it's time for a reward? Give yourself a great alternative to going out and buying a pack of cigs and that rewards your efforts to KTQ.

Denzil,
Keep persevering!
Have you ever given any thought to keeping a quit journal? You could have this prayer on the first page. You could also fill it with posts, lists and logs about your quit and revisit it when you're having a rough day.

The QM-
I learned to ride a crave like a big wave... lean in when it's powerful and move to the side to stay with it - well, like you can imagine riding a wave...
If you go with it, it has no power, as it runs out of steam... This is also a great recipe for riding out a panic attack...
The more power we give something, the more powerful it is (smile)....
We can feed a crave or trigger (by focusing on it or hyperfocusing on it) or we can stay with it and as the clock ticks, the power dissolves...
Blessings and Light-
Healer

Good for you, The QM...
There were times at the beginning of my Quit I would almost go buy a pack - but that was bec. it was a habit - the thought would just come to me so naturally, and I would have to remind myself I don't smoke...
Keep your guard up at all times... You're doing beautifully...
Your resolve, focus and tenacity will keep you grounded in your Quit...
Congrats on 5 huge smoke-free days!
Blessings-
