Just to give everyone an update, Shane is now down to 332lbs. He has dropped 197 lbs. He is averaging around 10 lbs every 14 to 16 days now and has his sights set on me since I seem to be stuck at 285, and can't seem to resist the vanillia oreo's...Brutus loves them too. Anyway, wanted to stop in and say hey!! The sight looks way different, I haven't had a chance to look around on it yet but from first impressions I think I'll like it. I don't even think about smokes anymore, got lots of pressure on me at work, added responsibilties and all that fun stuff, but even with all that going on, my junkie sleeps. Hope everyone is doing good, I have to get back to painting the bathroom...uuuggghhhh.

Um, Todash, could you maybe take a little step back AWAY from that balcony, please?  Every time you say "Soaring," my heart skips a beat.  And maybe you could turn around, just so we'd all breathe a little easier?

And PB, you GO.  You and the Boy.  Enough to make me soar.  (No wait....)

Thanks for the update PB, he's really changed his life and your pride is just shining through.  I can imagine how amazing it is to see him so motivated and doing so well after being up against it when he decided to change.  More congratulations to him and to you for staying on the new path.

WOW WOW WOW!!! PB you must be so proud of your son.  We all know quitting smoking is hard to do, but I'm sure watching you diet is just as hard. This is wonderful news and I'm real happy for you......
