Windy, I do weights three times a week, not to build a huge muscle mass, but to keep trim, I use 5 and 8 lb wieghts, its just a twenty minute routine, and really tightens up things all around. You can sse a difference in 3 days. Bit noteworthy, is muscle is what burns the fat in your body, so the more muscle you have the more calories you can eat. Now just to clarify, I am female, so I found this program as a means of getting in shape, not to become a body builder, you'd have to do alot more weights than I do and more frequent to do that. Just my 2 cents. :)
