Yeah, I have a big old glass of water sitting next to me here....also, I think I'm going to give up the diet cola's...I had a friend who gave up diet soda, and lost about 15 pounds the first month just from giving that up. Anybody else hear of anything similar? Ter724, I'm right there beside you looking at that scale wondering what new number I'm going to hit today. Every morning, I start to calorie count, but by the end of the day, I have the munchies so bad...but every morning I have a new start and I'm going to keep trying. I think today I might actually make it. Mind set is starting to set in that I can maintain and loss weight while quitting smoking. The important thing is to support each other's goals and never give up trying to reach our goals.
