Yesterday weighed in at 195, today I weighed in at 194-go figure
I'm going to try to decrease my sodium-I am sure that's probably the thing that is holding me back

Today I weighed in at 194 again. I have for the past month and half lost and gained the same 6 pounds and really I can't take it any more. So today I am juice fasting. I don't know how people can do it on just water. I am finding this to be a challenge.

Walked to and from gym (2.5 miles), 30 minutes on the ellipitical, 8 minutes on the rowing maching-playing with fish and wildlife feature,
used the following machines: leg press, leg extension, leg curl and
calve rotating machine. My goodness I have gotten weak. I had no idea how much strength I had lost.

Hi Folks,
Thanks for all of the support. I have been very discouraged if not depressed about the whole weight loss thing. The juice fast lasted only a day-I ended up consuming more calories on it than what I normally take in-so being the emotional wreck I was I decided to take a day off. Today I'm paying for it. I weighed in at 198 this morning(that makes my loss to only 8 lbs). I have never felt so fat and ugly in all my life. My face is even broken out-I always had clear skin... Anyway today I'm getting back into gear, sitting around feeling sorry for myself isn't going to fix anything.
Sillyme- good job 11 pounds is great.
Andy- nice to see you
windy-portion size is a tough one-search what 200 calories looks like
I found it interesting
Danielle-looking to see if my health care reserve plan will cover a nutritionist.
Hudson9-do a search under calorie-counter. There are lots of great sites out there that should meet your needs.
Everyone take care :)

I need to get off my but and exercise. I've been a lazy girl. I'm trying to motivate myself by knowing 3 more pounds means I will move down from being moderately overweight to slightly overweight on the BMI charts.

Hi everyone,
i hope all is well .
windy-Did they have snacks? I hope you had fun. I'm a big sharer When I don't want the whole set of calories from something I share half. That way I can call it half calorie eg. half calorie protein bar. I have had to cut back on that strategy though and limit it to just sharing with people. My dog was starting to have a noticeable weight gain and extreme gas. My fiance said he was getting spoiled...
kaiti-How's it going?
