Thanks for everyone's concern.. YES!!!! I made it through the first week no NICOTINE!!! Was it pretty? Was it easy? Was it fun? Was it a party? NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO But it is over and I never have to go there again!!! Today, I had to go to a College football game... the place I spent four years smoking on every corner & place on campus... How hard was that?? Guess??... But, I will NEVER have to do that again.. That trigger is in my past!!! Sue, thanks.. You are right I do smell much better Grandma, I think no food & no nicotine at the same time, could be very difficult.. You do what ever you have to... Just don't smoke Please Starrider, So sorry that you have had a long week.. I have been rambling on this site all week.. So therapeutic for me!! Thanks for reading & responding... Thanks ... for reading... I am rambling, again.. Maybe doing the WW thing is too much it seems like I'm hungry so much and water doesn't do it. Before I could go forever without eating guess thats why I never gained any weight but now I want something and everything is so many points. I'll see next week. Broccoli cauliflower and ground round yum well I never was a desert person but give me a break! I really am craving cigs and food but just say NOPE Hope it gets better and SOON. No smokin Tresa, Thanks, I guess some of us just need a little help on this journey. LOL.... I have had extra nic gum just in case.. It makes me smile.... In case of what... The world ends and I decide to smoke again??? What stupid thoughts we have because of this addiction! Alohakeia, Thanks for the encouragement. I can always count on you!! WOW.. my reward was this am.. I got up and jogged 25 min., a new record. This may sound silly but it's hard to find time to do anything with 2 small children at home, one in college, a smokin husband (not in the cute way) and running a small business. I feel almost like a queen when I have time to do something for ME!!!!! Hang in there Doodles! This is where you get to join us cold turkey folks. Just don't think about it, distract when you do think about it. This might be like another miniature hell week. Or maybe the 90 thing that seems to slam everybody. You know all the tricks by now just keep using 'em!
