For those who celebrate Memorial Day, I wish you a wonderful, smoke free, long weekend!  And for the newbies, this weekend is the start of summer!  Go through your quit plan to make sure you have a plan in place to fight any cravings this weekend.  I know I always associated grilling with smoking.  Laying out by a pool and smoking.  Going to outdoor concerts and smoking.  As you can see, I always found a reason to smoke!  LOL!!!  Hopefully smoking is a distant memory to most of us now!  But if its still fresh in your mind, find new things to do this weekend to keep you smoke free!

Happy Summer Everybody!

My Mileage:

My Quit Date: 8/20/2008

Cigarettes Not Smoked: 25,840
