Quit Mountain

Trust me when I say that there were many that helped me climb the mountain. Quitting is quite a journey and I can't think of a greater place than here to get through those tough moments with. I give the name of this site to anyone I come across that is trying to quit smoking. I believe in what happens here and the support here is awesome. I learned enough here to know how to quit. One day at a time. Five minutes at a time when one day is too much. That is how you quit. As long as you don't light that next cigarette, you have got it made! Take one step at a time. You really can quit. Believe it or not. I'm proof! Lady, Great insight! It helps me look at the quit in a different way. Its soooo nice to know there's light at the end of what sometimes seems like a long tunnel! The odd time I can see glimmers of that light, so I know its there, just around the corner...and you've pointed that out quite nicely. Always glad to read your posts, Cheers, Jan :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/27/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 28 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 700 Amount Saved: $238.00 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 5 Mins: 46 Seconds: 42

Lady, I remember this first time round. It was good then and seems to have improved with age! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 741 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 22,230 Amount Saved: 5,557.50 Life Gained: Days: 120 Hrs: 19 Mins: 2 Seconds: 11
