Hi LadyJ. I'm using Chantix too and feel similarly. So far it's been pretty easy, but my brain isn't totally convinced by what my mouth is saying yet. I'm working on that by reading, posting, and learning as much as I can about this addiction. I figure if we can let ourselves be brainwashed into thinking we like smoking, we can deprogram our brains to realize that we don't need or want it.
