ok, then on your browser, do you have anywhere that says tools or options? Under tools it should give you an option to turn off the popup blocker. That is the thing that keeps the advertisements off your computer but also keeps things you want to pop up out as well. Try that, I have to fix dinner, then I'll be back. Otherwise you can find me here and I can walk you through the IM stuff that way.
