Im not real sure where to post this but Ive got to share it And hope it will inspire others to quit also. When I went to the doctor about two weeks ago my blood pressure was running 170/91, I was always having headaches and just feeling tired all the time, my doctor told me that if I didnt get it under control I would find myself taking medication to control it.. Thats why I quit smoking. Well Im so excited to say, that today, 11 days after quitting smoking my blood pressure is 131/68 the headaches are gone and my energy level has improved... Wowwwwwww !!!!! With all the ups and downs of hell week it has been totally worth every second. Thanks everyone for the support you all have been great..
