Sparky,
Congratulations on 8 days! We are so proud of you!
You've identified a situation that puts you at high risk for a slip. Prepare well and have a reward planned ahead of time. Make it something your are willing to work towards.
Stay strong. We are always here if you need extra support!
Danielle

Just wanted to check in. Our trip to see the family went great. I had a moment on Saturday, but could not do anything about it. I was around non smokers, so there were not cigs to be had ;p.
The coming days are dangerous territory for me. I have to be aware of what is going on and use the tools I have learned here.
This week-end taught me how important all of you are to my quit. I would go to bed at night and say my prayers and all of you were included. When thoughts of smoking crossed my mind, your names and posts and special things would come to mind. You and this site have turned my thoughts around. All of you are more important today than a puff off a cig.
Oh yeah I am still smoke free :eg:
