Thanks guys. Ladybug, it is a habit along with the addition. I can break the habit, the addition will be come a memory. I want this in the worse way. Free, thank you so much, I try to be honest. Taking a good look is an eye opener, but I am getting there. D2Q, I like you explantion of a trigger :p Sounds very familar. hummybird, marie, NascarFan and Casey thank for being there. Had a break though today. A friend came down for coffee and had a couple cigs. In the past I would have finished off the butts when she left. This time I told my husband to be sure to get rid of them right away. He threw then in the dog's waste bag :eg: I sure am not going there. Anway just wanted to check in and say thank you. Sparky, It doesn't sound wacky at all! I believe part of the reason nicotine is so hard to quit is that there are rarely immediate bad effects to using it. Plus we administered the small required dosage frequently throughout the day. It is subtle, but required frequent maintenance....so we also have the 'habit' along with the addiction. We CAN do this! ~lbugg~ PS...Let the guilt go (me, too!) :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/17/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 546 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 30,604 Amount Saved: $3822 Life Gained: Days: 53 Hrs: 5 Mins: 35 Seconds: 36
