The "strawerette". Take a straw that's about the diameter of a cig (Cracker Barrel straws are perfect) and cut it about to cig length, cut in half usually works fine. Put two or three short folds on the "fire" end and crimp them down by biting them. You can adjust these folds such that when you suck on the straw it feels just like taking a drag on a cigarette. Makes a great prosthetic to satisfy the hand/mouth habit, plus you can "smoke" it anywhere. :)
Also, sunflower seeds. Shell and eat them one at a time. Lots of hand and mouth activity, but very little intake for the waistline.
