I have lots of projects.. but not enough energy to do them :) I keep forgetting to put my quit meter... it is 12 hours.. I am in the pitfalls of day 1 :)
But have my pjs on..and no energy to go out ...so I am safely snug in my house :)

JanA,
You body is changing and is not happy with the changes that it is experiencing. We have to keep on reminding ourselves that we are quitting smoking to improve our health and to live longer lives. When you are feeling down or something triggers a craving, remember why you quit in the first place. If this does not help jump on our site and talk to us. There is always a member or a moderator available :)
Stay strong!
Melanie
