Hi Josie, OK, then I will continue to post them here. Or I may open a new discussion with the topic "pleasant things" or something similar... and will post them by 25 in one batch... Dear Danielle, As promised, I am here again with the list of pleasant things I have experienced/done over the last few weeks: (please, excuse me for my english - if you do not understand something, please let me know, I will try to use a more correct word) [list] [*]going out in the green [*]reading the bible or some religous literature [*]reading tipps and suggestion for self-help [*]going in a bar/restaurant [*]making parents a joy [*]solve a difficult task [*]going and having dinner/lunch together with friends/colleagues [*]being occupied with pets [*]exploring unknown ways/aereas [*]thinking about himself or the own difficulties [*]speaking / talking in a foreign language [*]being dressed legere [*]having a beauty-sleep in the afternoon or in the morning (like 10-30 minutes) [*]having a fancy idea [*]wearing new clothes [*]reading some technical literature [*]being in the sun [*]sitting "around" and just thinking [*]talking to someone lively [*]listening to the radio [*]being visited by colleagues or friends [*]observing the sky, a storm or the clouds [*]being just outside [*]buying something for a family member [*]take photos [*]collecting things in the nature (like wild fruits, like blackberry, raspberry..etc.) [*]help somebody [*]donate [*]eating something good [*]hiking [*]executing a task well [*]making your boss/teacher happy [*]calling someone or being called [*]being alone [*]being told that you are needed [*]washing hairs [*]being invited to go out [*]remembering old memories [*]giving someone a back-massage [*]being asked for help [*]walking around (outside) without shoes [*]making people joyful (like telling them jokes..) OK, I will then translate them and send them to you as a whole list - maybe you can use it for your references or just for any future projects/therapies. As I am not at home right now, I can not tell you, what activities they are (I forget everything)... but as soon as I get home, will sign in again and list all my pleasant activites, which (as said before) I have done more spontainously, not planned. Is that OK ?
