EMDR

Hi Lisa

If you look up EMDR in Wikapedia you might decide that it is something that could help you since it is for trauma. In fact it could be good for at least two others on this site also so I think every one should read about it. If there is trauma in your life it has to be dealt with before panic can be, or depression for that matter.

I am currently trying EMDR for the anxiety and  panic that I have. EMDR is an eye movement technique that relaxes the body. The first session was pretty cool. I was a bit anxious but left feeling very relaxed. Anyone else try it?
