Well put!!! The cure for panic is simple in itself but it does have a lot of steps and the steps may be different for each person. You are still going from point A (negativity and all it's effects) to positive. (with all it's benefits) It is like pulling weeds. You are still going from weed patch to flower bed. Each person has there own personal weeds to get rid of and some may have more than others. Also whether they will come back depends on how thorough you are in the first place.
I know it looks like I have posted more than one goal but what I am trying to do here is work the program as it is written. I am now taking a new approach to setting goals and outlining my goal in steps because their are many steps involved in making and accomplishing goals. They are really a lot of small goals which let up to accomplishing the larger goal.
Wow, Davit! That is an incredible step! I can see where you'd be stressed, but you can work through it - you know you can do it! That is awesome that you two are compatible and that can indeed be the positive factor in this!
