One of the biggest stress relievers for me is a daily fitness program. I do strength training (weights), but I walk a lot as well. Since I started doing vigorous daily exercise, I sleep without any medication anymore, my blood pressure has dropped a huge amount to the point it's on the low side, and I feel better about my body and self confidence. Reading in the evening for an hour before bed, along with herbal tea (Organic Nighty Night - Traditional Medicinals) also has put me to sleep a lot faster too which was a HUGE problem for a long time. I sleep like a baby now. (Actually I don't, babies are up every few hours, I sleep solid through the night now!) By the way, what is "bringing games"on the list? The biggest stress relaxer for me though is camping and natural non-commercial hot springs- fresh mountain air and steaming water just melts stress like nothing else I know. Too bad I can't experience that daily. Try it if you can!!
