I take Buspar it slows my thought processes down a little but keeps the anxiety in check pretty well. Their alot of differant drugs that could help you syptoms. It would enable you to think alittle clearer. It sounds like your thoughts are looping whenyou are having anxiety atttacks. medication may slow the looping down.are the attacks getting worse?

I don't take anthing. My husband keeps telling me I ahve to take something I just can't do it. I must sound like a freak! I write everyday I find it helps. I have it more in the afternoon then any other time. Do you take anything? Does it help. I feel like i lossing the battle to stay sane

Donna do you keep a journal of when the attacks occur? I find my anxiety occurs more in the morning then in the evening. I no how you feel about those anxiety attacks you feel completely immoblised. Do you take any medication and does it help?

I kinda know what makes me panic. Its the symptoms and how they make me feel it really freaks me out. Now matter how many time I am told I still don't think its panci that makes me feel that way..They get really bad.

Sometimes situations cause the attack.It may be you did the right thing at the time. I find my anxiety revolves around social cotacts. Sometimes it revolves around new situations. Trying to figure out what causes the anxiety is half the battle. Once you no the cause the solution will come.Does that make sense?

Thats the thing I don't know what sets them off.. Being away from home could be it.. Really not sure have tried to work that out myself.. He knows he has been to Doc with me. But coz he has never had one he does not really understand..and maybe coz I have them all the time.. I feel like I ma going crazy

He is ok.. He does not really understand how it feels.. It was hard I hated the whole honeymoon and just wanted to go home.. He tells me to get over it

Donna Now that must be tough Having a panic attack on your honeymoon. how did that happen ? Did your husband no how to deal with it?

Anxiety does take the fun out of life.. I just went on my honeymoon and had panci attack after panci attacka nd didn't ahve a good time at all
