Hello Gina,I think most people's advice would be to take baby steps. From personal experience when I've had anxiety/panic, if I have bitten off more than I can chew,it can send me spiralling backwards.Your confidence has understandably taken a knock,so you have to rebuild slowly with things you can handle, then once confidence is gained in that situation, move forward from there.Hopefully once you start to gain confidence again(which you will)the anticipatory anxiety levels will start to decrease making you feel more able to cope.Hope this helps; from fellow sufferer Neil.
