Hi Kate441 i know what you mean about being out of your normal surround and routines i feel ok when im at home i havnt had a panic for 5 days now i havent been anywhere either coincidence ;p i have felt myself start to panic but i have been able to positive self talk my way out of it.YAY.The only good thing about getting this anxiety/panic disorder for me is the fact that it has slowed me down (bigtime)i literally never stopped until about 11pm when i went to bed i think its my bodies way of saying 'woo up girl too much' so now i take life slower its still hectic at times but i have 4 children so theres not alot i can change about that nor would i want to!I am also trying to learn how to say NO to people i am such a people pleaser i try so hard to make sure everyone is ok that they have all that they need i even played sport 3 nights a week because i couldnt say no when people asked me to play its very hard trying to teach myself how to say no but i know i need to do it for me :) Lulu..

Hi lulu I absolutely had no idea of what looking after myself meant. I still struggle with taking the time for me and continue to feel guilty soemtimes when I do. I'm on vacation right now and my panic has been the worst its been in 6 months. I think it's because I'm outside the structure of my daily routine. A friend reminded me yesterday the same thing happened last summer. Is this what you were referrring to?

Just have a question to ask everyone.Prior to your anxiety issues did you lead a very busy/hectic fast paced life where you rarely took timeout for you?? Lulu..
