Hi lulu
I absolutely had no idea of what looking after myself meant. I still struggle with taking the time for me and continue to feel guilty soemtimes when I do. I'm on vacation right now and my panic has been the worst its been in 6 months. I think it's because I'm outside the structure of my daily routine. A friend reminded me yesterday the same thing happened last summer. Is this what you were referrring to?
Just have a question to ask everyone.Prior to your anxiety issues did you lead a very busy/hectic fast paced life where you rarely took timeout for you??
