Hi Jeandavid2014,

This program may be able to help you; it requires reading and homework but if you put the work in you should see results. Some members complete the program with the help of a Doctor - it is up to you what you decide to do.  The program is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy principles which is one of the best known treatments for anxiety.

Have you had a chance to look around the program? Any questions so far?
