Hi Ashley,
They're on separate nights.  I've found if I go out on two separate days a week, I feel connected enough with the world, and balanced.  Friday and sunday afternoons leave the rest of the week pretty open to errands, etc

What made you plan on taking on two activities a night? What was motivating you to do the activities then?

I was planning on going to two activities per week, but backed out of one last week.  Today I backed out of another lecture series, by postponing registering, until I'd be late, and just backed out at the last minute.

I was excited, was singing this morning, but just talked myself out of the situation.  I'll bet if I had registered the night before, I'd have gone.

Maybe I'm asking too much of myself
