Thanks for sharing this with us. If you think about it everyone talks to themselves but for many people it is an internal dialogue. There are also a lot of people who will talk to themselves out loud around the house as they are getting things done etc. If it is something you are worried about it doesn't hurt to bring it up to your health care professional.

I was on the treadmill, and talking to myself at the gym.  The good news is I don't answer myself.
 
I was upset with a lot of things, and am so lonely, I suppose, and got a strange look from someone on the treadmill beside me.  I pretended to read the captioning under the large screen tv's, where there were subtitles to the program at the gym.
 
I wonder if others talk to themselves, and whether they're worried?
