How can I stop?

I find that the only thing that actually helps me is talking or writing out my problems. Also exercising them out helps me too. I find have so much energy for panic attacks so I need to get rid of it in some construction way.

I've quite often had days like this, they are absolutely terrible. The things I've found help the most is doing something you enjoy, I usually watch my favourite TV shows or another DVD, do some drawing or a puzzle of some sort. Once you start to get into it, the anxiety starts to fade away.

Another thing that may help is to take a step back, think about what it is that's making you this anxious, like the music gig. Bring it all into your consciousness, write it down or talk to someone about it. When you write it down, you can work through it more rationally instead of predicting the worst.

Sorry to hear you have gone through a rough spell. Unfortunately there aren't those quick fixes with panic.
One idea I have that you didn't mention is to do some physical activity. The more intense the better, but even a walk, light jog, walking some stairs, or resistant training can work as examples. This not only works as a distraction but releases certain chemicals in your body that effect brain function and can reduce anxiety, therefore reducing the chances of attacks. 
 
I was going to recommend the relaxation techniques of PMR and deep breathing but see you have already tried those. For the breathing, you don't always have to do it for such a long time to get results, which will hopefully keep you from getting nauseous. 10-20 cycles can start to show differences in your heart rate and breathing rate. 
 
Also, if your medications aren't doing what you expect them to be doing, talk to your pharmacist/doctor and perhaps changes can be made (if necessary of course).

I've had weeks like this.  Planning to go to a night of music would stir me up too, but then, it depends if it's hard rock versus something more serene like classical.
 
I generally plan outings in tolerable doses, so that I'm not overwhelmed, and then can move on to another activity when I'm used to it.
 
For smaller activites, I use the mantra "...anxiety is like a tunnel, just go through the tunnel, and you'll come out the other side...".  BTW, that can be applied to each day, since you do wake up and go through the day again, right.
 
It's all easier said, than done, so we all connect here, to keep ourselves grounded

Today has been a bad day for me. In fact, it's been horrible. I've had panic attacks over and over and over again, without much relief. 
I had planned to go out and enjoy my Friday at my favorite cafe where they play live music at night but I have been having attacks all day and I still can't get them to stop. I have two medications which I try not to rely on.. One is Elavil and that one is taken nightly since it knocks me out within a couple hours, the other is Klonopin which is as needed. I took only my daily dose of Elavil a couple hours ago but I'm not feeling the effects to the point of my usual drowsiness.
Besides the medicine, I've been re-reading all the chapters I've gone through and writing it all out. I even skipped ahead to the chapter about relaxation. I tried box breathing for an hour which did not bring any calm, in fact I had to stop several times because I got dizzy (apparently I use shallow breathing way more than I thought). I tired PMR also. Not much of a difference.
I've tried distractions, even though I know they are not the right way out. Even those have not calmed me and I am still on my rollercoaster of peaks and dips in panic. 
I'm out of ideas. I'm so tired of feeling like this. Today has been my "endless day of panic" and I cannot even get myself to sleep. I'm really losing hope.
Anyone have days like these? What do you end up doing? What helps?
Anything at all would help, thanks for listening (or reading). It makes me feel less alone in this battle.
