Buspar Anyone???

Thank you Davit,

I need to try the meds, unfortunately that is one of my fears :( but I will get there!! I will hopefully have great results here, and then add in the meds if I still need them.

Again thank you so much, and no climbing tractors for me, so I should be good ;)

Lesia

I have used buspar. It did work but it made me a little dizzy. It is an anti anxiety not of the Benzodiasapene family and doesn't have the same side effects. There is no wash out period (withdrawal). I would not hesitate to use it again but not while I had to get up and down on a tractor like last time.

Far safer than Ativan but might not be any better than say Valium.

I have been prescribed Buspar several times, but never actually take them :( so just wondering if anyone else had any luck with Buspar??
