Hi Tinkerbell,
Congrats!

Just like there's good cholestorol and bad, there's good anxiety too.

Remember when it was the night before Christmas and you waited for Santa, or the night before a trip and you were uneasy?

It's like that saying, "anxiety is like a train going thru a tunnel, just go through the tunnel, and you'll come out the other side..."

Hi Tinkerbell1980,
Of course there will be some nerves for your wedding day but that is normal. The self talk you are doing is a great way to keep reassuring yourself that the day is positive and you are with the people who love you and support you.

The auxillary sessions section has some good techniques to help keep those stress/anxiety levels down so take a look there. Breathing exercises, muscle relaxation excercises and distraction exercises can all help you limit some of the stress you may feel. You can also work on some of the homework to help you challenge any of the negative thoughts that may creep up.

Thanks for checking in and asking your questions. All the best for your wedding and a big congratulations.
You will be great!
