Are you "cured"?

Hi Sonja,
I meant having and maintaining a social circle.   What's changed is that I did take a couple of courses, but as structured and time-limited as they were, I still felt uncomfortable and afraid.  I couldn't exchange emails or phone numbers either yet...but maybe some day.  Today I looked for an email of someone from a previous course, since there's an upcoming yoga class which is seeking a couple of members, or it won't run.

I'm getting better, but so slowly.  It's like that song "...love doesn't always come on time..."(is that by Toto...not sure).

I'd like to hear from others who have joined and maintained a social circle, since I'd like to aspire to that some day

I wonder what it’s like being in a social circle?

I’ve been hiding under a rock for so long, that I’m tired of it. I don’t see any gains from the “flight” of the choices of fighting versus the “flight” in hiding.

I don’t have  much time, but I can see changing some behaviours so my experiences include socializing.

Anybody out there who have “rejoined” the human race?
