Hugs, I'm sorry to know that you had a rough time.  I often think of the panic cycle as being like an amusement park ride.  Sometimes I find myself on the ride and desperately wanting it to stop.  It's getting easier now to sttop and for that I am grateful.  Best wishes for a wonderful April to you!

“Off the deep end” meant that I got swirled into the panic cycle. 

 It happened while I was physically ill, and caring for my parent as well, and with bronchitis, it’s hard to tell if you’re coming or going.

Structure is something which helped, so I had a checklist to make sure meds were taken, although it was hard to curb the fear-mongering inside of me.

I guess the worst is over.

It’s back to just being on the smaller emotional roller coaster of life, appreciative of have fewer problems than a week before
