Yes, you bring up a good point that many people tend to overlook.  Agitation, uneasiness, irritability are all symptoms of low blood sugar.  Your body needs a lot of fuel for physical activity as well as mental activity.  Be sure to have an adequate meal or snack before & after exercising.  
 
Glad to hear you are incorporating exercise in your routine!  How has working out affected your mood?

I wonder if anyone's found missing, or delaying meals as a trigger for uneasiness?
 
This site shares many examples of physical aches and pains triggering the cycle, so I am aware of those and wanted to add this one.
 
I found it challenging yesterday after a workout, since I hadn't eaten, and probably was hydrated too. It is as though I am like a newborn, needing constant feeding
