I thought would drop in and say Hello to every one this morning...I have really enjoyed reading about the progress everyone has been making over the last few weeks...It has been a real treat to read all your posts...

As for me I have learned to relax and get comfortable with myself again over the last few weeks and am starting to feel really good about myself again....

Davit and Sunny,

I thought I would post this here instead of under ~m's thread titled Dental appointment, where I read your post about the two of you reading posts together.

I never would of guessed that Sunny was the Sweetie you keep talking about coming to visit...I mean this being the kind of site it is..I never would of thought that two people from the group would have access to each other outside of the group...

This does but a different spin on things thats for sure..

I am happy you two found it other even if this isn't a dating site. Have a nice visit...

Hi Debit,

Its good to hear you are making the best out of the good days...I really enjoyed reading your post about your arts and crafts that you are doing and would love to see a picture of the kettle you just finished painting and decorating..

I am also making the best out of the good days and am enjoying my crafts too...Which goes to prove things must be getting better or I wouldn't be able to enjoy these things...

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all well in body and mind and are having positive experiances, I am doing ok still taking my 10mg Prozac each day, I have started walking and doing some excersize as well and I still see my psychologist every three weeks, been doing lots of exposure, still have some slight dizzy spells, but dont know if its anxiety, my medication or just a bad day, after all they are not a wonder drug and all have some side effects no one feels great everyday, but i try and get as much out of the good days as i can.
