Hi:  Yes, when I don't feel secure and safe, (don't feel loved or someone is angry with me, or I've done something wrong) this causes stress/anxiety for me and bp goes up.  Definitely, a loving spouse, good friends, happy life are blessings and contribute to our well being.

I am finding,that a feeling of security and feeling safe, is a big ordeal in my life right now...
I am getting better,but this has opened up for me that somewere i started feeling very insecure,and unsafe...
I have always felt i was safe, and could rely on many things and people for this, including myself..
So,what went wrong???
Is this part of the problems of anxieties???
