I have been on and taking celexa,started out woth 10mg,and today went up to 20mg as my doctor suggested..iam doing better,calmer,and eating again too..i had lost so much weight!
But i know that will return in due time..iam more relaxed,and that means so much..i am going to find myself a hobby,or some outlet i can do,i also love to read..iam wanting to make my home more of a cozy place for fall and winter months!
I love beautiful quilts,and want a new one for winter..something to save for...
My husband and i are getting closer now,we take walks together,outside and in the mall..we shop together,and it helps me,when he adds his opinon on things we buy..
I dont feel so angry inside right now,like before..one thing i have learned, that may help someone elese..
Think of anxiety as a rope your hanging on to so thight!
Then picture yourself closing your eyes,,,AND LET IT GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I found that doing my breathing every day and night,then putting that to work for myself helps me let go!!!

It's good to hear from you again..and that you are starting to feel better after your hospital stay...Good for you for getting out and doing some exposure yesterday...Having balance is so important..Getting enough sleep is so vital to our overall wellbeing.

I am feeling better,so the last few days,i have been getting out more,and doing normal things like shopping,gardening,and today i went for a short walk..relaxed most the day,went to the frug store..talked to peopleand came home..
I am so thankful that iam getting better,and sleeping better too.!
