Hi Ruby, welcome.    panic attacks are scarey ,but they don't have to control you, you can learn to control them. everyone on this site is very helpful, so when you can't sleep or are feeling overwhelmed, just post on here, someone will be there to support you, and beleive me , that really helps.      jaybe

Am glad you found us!  Review the information on the panic site to better understand the nature of panic attacks and work through the program.  It does take time but is well worth it as many members on this site will agree.
 
What is your experience of panic attacks?  Have you been able to identify and possible triggers?
