Feeling safe inside!

Hi Bren,
I'm sorry to hear your husband is still not well.  Unfortunately it takes a few days (too many it seems!) to recover from strep throat.  I'm glad that you were able to find a good distraction that helped alleviate some anxiety.  I hope you find time in your day today to get some needed sleep!

I was up a lot last night, due to being anxious, and did not sleep good at all, laid around the house today,my hip was acting up,and causing more anxiety..i did sleep about an hour on the couch, but then i got up,dressed, and went to walgreens just to get out and get my mind of it!!!!!!!!
o, that did help...i think my trigger on this, was my husband being so sick, and he slept in the other bedroom, and i felt alone, and causes fear in me,as i dont sleep well unless he holds my hand in his as we fall to sleep..it comforts me,and makes me feel secure!
