If you take a deep breath in,and slowly exhale through the mouth,it does help..

The last couple days have been physical on me,as my friwnd needed help with cleaning out her moms garrage,witch was full with christmas stuff,memrobilia,clothes,books ect....so it was a job!!!
You see,her moms house burnt down  thursday,and they needed some help..
The day started out,i thought i was going to have a anxiety attack,but i started doing some deep breathing,and i took a zanaflex for my back pain,and today i put on one of those heat wraps for your back,,worked good!
But,i did overcome it today!!!
