Hi Bren,

Thats sounds really good, I often do that keep busy and do things i enjoy, you sound really positive keep going, I have slight dizzy spells and i think that is related to hormones also, they are crazy little things that have a mind of their own

I am trying to keep myself busy, were i wont think much on troubles..I did get out today, run some errands, went to the grocery store and came home, had lunch.and going to a DAR meeting at 1pm...
I still have my moments of crying spells,i think it may be my harmones..ill find out about that Monday..Next wed, i start my physical therapy...
I also am going to start a project..arrangeing all my pictures of my children and grandchildren, into newer collages on the walls..as they have gotten older,i need to update them..
That will start next week too..
