Started out today very good!
Got my new sheets,and waled through a flea market..went to eat at staek and shake,and wow,wasnt there 30min,and was feeling very panicky.after a few more minutes,i started crying and just wanted to come home!!!
I didnt even finish my lunch!
I feel so bad this evening too,its cold wet damp,and i did get cold while walking the flea market, and i think it triggerd my body aces,and that triggerd the anxiety..
I have not felt good this afternoon at all....
I didnt fail,,it was a set back....
Hope the sun shines tomarrow...that would help!
