Keep us updated on what you learn from tracking your symptoms.

As Health Educators we are here in the Panic Center to lead discussion, answer questions about the program and occasionally offer suggestions.  We all have different eductional backgrounds and therefore offer a variety of skills.  Check out our profiles to read more about each individual Health Educator.

ive only been doing it for a few days. but ive noticed that the mornings are much worse than any other time, terrible shakes and things. the doctor said that this might be alcohol withdrawal.
i hope the tracker allows me to start to see a pattern, but for now im a bit lost.

so, health educator? what does that mean?
it sounds such an awesome job title, what do you do?

Hi Ploppy,

Once you submit your first attack the button you originally clicked on changes its title from "First Entry" to "Add Entry".  You can add another attack this way.
