Davit:  Am saying a prayer for you right now.  You will have a wonderful day, you're right, springtime watching the trees fluff out and the birds singing away, is so beautiful.  Enjoy your drive and the scenery.  Good luck.  Let us know how you are.

BIG exposure day for me today. I am going for a referral to a city two and a half hours away. I am going with some one else and he has two stops to make. Then we will have lunch, shop a bit and come home. I have been busy supervising work on my place. Garden and siding. I am already tired and I haven't even had breakfast. I'm going to let Pete drive even if we take my car instead of his truck. I'll probably try to sleep but it is spring and the view will be nice.

A very wore out Davit.

Thanks so much you guys.
Today I have this urge... for life! I want to do things and my dreams are making me happy (instead of how they used to make me sad when I felt hopeless).
hugs to everyone.

Ok people.

You have passed the foot hills and are on the side of the mountain, all the work to get there is done you can start to enjoy the rest of the climb. Soon you will start to level out and can enjoy the view. It is almost over. Was it worth it? yes. Do you feel good? yes. Am I proud of you. YES. There are still a few rough spots but you know how to handle them.

Davit, feeling good for you.

YIPPEE!!  If you pass that road again, I'll bet it will soon be a 40, then a 30 and one day, it will be a big, fat 0!! :-)

WOW!  Three exposures in one day.  Yes, indeed, you are on a roll!  That's incredible.  Keep up the great job!

anerol,
I am happy to hear you are feeling better.  We hadn't heard from you in a few days and I was wondering how you were doing.  Thanks for posting with a update.  I too have noticed that it doesn't take me as long to bounce back after a set back.
You really sound much stronger after your set back.  I have noticed that I feel much stronger after recovering from a set back.  Isn't it great to bounce back in a few days instead of weeks or months?   It sounds like you are on a real roll now.

Thanks everyone!!
I was having a bad weekend as some of you may know already, but I've rebounded today. I feel a lot better and I went on exposure 3 times today! I've been doing one thing at a time but today I did threeee. Also, we passed by this road that I've avoided for over a year because it was scary for me, twice today and my anxiety level didn't surpass 50. And it still hasn't. It was a good day and I am happy that getting back on my feet after bad days are getting quicker. Thanks to all of your support.
