Sunny

I live in a tiny community in between two mountain ranges half way up the border between BC and Alberta. The tulips will be another month coming up and although it is warming up we could still get snow. I moved the snow away from the Green house door as I am anxious to get in there. I have a few seeds left to order. Other than that spring can come any time now.

yes, a bit of a teasing, but also, not knowing where you live exactly, you could have spring type flowers.  Actually, you said it quite beautifully.  It's nice to see the hope and the light at the end of the tunnel.  Once you get it, it stays.  You may still have a few struggles here and there, but the understanding is there.  Just the work left to do and the patience.  Sharing with others also helps you "keep" it.  It's like in AA, I think they say something along those lines - about sharing the knowledge and keep coming back.

Ah Sunny

I meant on this site, or are you teasing me. It's raining here and turning the snow to mud. I am so sorry about your friend.
Make every moment count for we are here for such a short time. Because of you, because of everyone here I want to enjoy every moment left. I want to do it without panic I want for no one to ever have to suffer with this. I am only one person and you are only one person but together with the others we are a whole lot more and with that and hope we can win. All of us. We have proved it. Time (to smell the roses), patience(to know the roses are there) and us(to share the roses, thorns and all). We can do this can't we? This is not my imagination? (see the negative sneaking in, I won't let it, I can't I have come too far). Yes, we only have today and when today becomes yesterday and is only a memory I want it to be a good memory. I want to remember that I was here and I am a better person for it.

Non est vivere sed valere vita est.  (Life is more than just being alive.) Or. (Life is not being alive but being well.)

Take your pick it translates either way.

Lucky you Davit - there's a flower blooming (?)  We have snow! but for Feb. not as much as usual.

I have learned to slow down and smell the roses!  Davit reminded me with his blooming flower, lol.  Things will get done in time, relax and enjoy every moment.  My friend who was here, is gone, just like that.  You only have today afterall.

I have learned so much.  The most important is that hope is like water, it only takes a little bit to make a flower  bloom.

There are flowers blooming here and it is good to see them do it.

It always seems when there's a topic being discussed I make things complicated than it should be. I've had so many good memorable moments. Of course naturally I was going to say I've had a lot of horrible memories. One thing that I wont forget, is the courage to seek help and look for answers. That is something positive I have done for myself. When I start to think that this anxiety is going to kill me or hurt me. I change that and ask myself if I will let it control me. Then I respond and tell myself that I'm done with letting anything negative control me. I can put all anxieties in the trash where they belong. Learning to be positive and stay positive with a better attitude. Not because I was told that it was good for me. Because It feels so good to be positive of yourself.

1.  I  have learned that you are never to old to change.

2.  That no matter how old you are or how long you have been dealing with a panic disorder that their is hope.

3.  That I can get better and That I am getting better every day.

The most momorable moment for this month so far has been:

Making plans and having the courage to follow through with them.

At all stages of life, it is always important to continue learning something new every week. What three things have you learnt in the month of February? What moment from this month has been the most memorable and why?
