Hello Jimmy,

I think I can relate to what you are going through. Around 8 months ago, I felt like things were unreal. I would be at a restaurant eating with family and just felt spacey. I believe that I was battling low energy, stress, and exhaustion. I think I was so exhausted that I just would walk around feeling like was not really there. I felt spaced out and weird.  What helped me was changing my diet. I began to take a multivitamin and did a little exercise each day.  I also tried to take time out of everyday (even if for 15 minutes) to do something that I enjoy. Whether it was reading a good book, playing an online computer game, or watching a funny movie. I even watched comedy central each night, to get a good laugh in. I also did a lot of online research for tips to battling stress and looked up ways to get more energy. I also had positive quotes sent to my email, that I can read each morning before I started the day.

It took awhile for me to build my energy up, it was not a overnight fix, but things got a ton better for me.

Hope this helps, Hope.

Well I have stopped drinking coke. I have a doctor's appointment scheduled for the 25th. Hopefully that will help.

Or it could just be too much caffiene. Have you changed your routine. More coffee chocolate, strong tea. Or maybe at the wrong time. Caffiene doesn't cause anxiety it only makes it worse. People without anxiety handle caffiene Ok. But still, no guessing on our part or yours. Have your doctor make sure there is no physical reason for how you feel.

Hi Jimmy,

Your symptoms can be panic related. Unreal feeling and the owrry or losing control is common in panic. It is best to talk with your doctor if you are concerned about your symptoms.  Only your doctor can properly diagnose you.  The good news is that you are actively trying to educate yourself and this education will greatly help you address your symptoms.  Knowledge really is power.

Please let us know what you find out.  We are in this together!

Hey everyone

These are my symptoms, just wondering if anyone else has felt any or one of them at one point

1) Everything seems unreal, unrecongizable
2) Feel like I am going to lose control over my body
3) Feeling just antsy all the time

The first two are causing me great stress, and I am beginning to become very depressed about them.

Thanks

Jimmy
