Thank you SO much Ashley and Ariel!!!!!   I am so relieved to be out of the controlling relationship!  I am moving forward and not looking back...well maybe a glance here and there!  lol  Overall the depression has been fine, it is the anxiety that hasn't been.  I am starting college classes next term.  I am nervous because I am afraid of not being focused enough, but at the same time I excited to prove to the world that I can do it!

Congratulations!  I am so glad to hear you are out of the negative situation.  Make sure to take some time to reward yourself for handling the situation and being so strong - a little celebration!

I am glad this is resolved for you too!

No longer do you have to deal with that negativity in your life. Oneward and upward Lisa!  This is just the beginning!

It will take some time to heal, but now you have closure and that is so important.

Thank you Ashley!  Yes, I DID IT!!!!   It is such an awesome feeling to have my closure today so I can move on.  Also Thank you Sunny!  It was really hard today...my ex was great - wasn't rude at all, actually was almost "scarily" nice!  His mom on the other hand threw my Bagger and set me off.  Needless to say I said some bad things to her - which started a fight because she threw my stuff.  I am so relieved to be out of that situation!  She was mostly to blame for our problems and it shows that she is still running his life.  He was polite and didn't get involved in an argument which was very nice.  I now can move on with my life and leave him and the negativity behind me.  I wish this was an instant quick fix for my anxiety/depression!  Unfortunately, I know better.  Thank you to everyone for all of your advice and support...and for believing in me!  It means a lot to me!

So happy for you Lisa .  After you pick up the mower I hope you give yourself a big pat on the back, and a reward for all your hard work.  Doesn't matter if the nervousness/panic didn't leave you 100%, you did it!  That's a success. Now you can start to relax and let that success/knowledge envelop you like a hug and a warm cloak around your shoulders. Congratulations.
