I'm back

Hiya Lore,

I am still with my husband and we are trying to work things out. We are still in therapy so that is good. We don't get to see the therapist as much as I would like though. He did get a nice new job. Quite better then the old one so that makes him happier and thus easier to live with. HE is a still a gamer which bugs me but we are making progress.

I am still dealing with depression but am using this time to reflect and clean house for myself which is good. I am feeling like good things are coming for me though which is a good sign I would think.

I work, I take the bus to work! I am doing well. I have more work hours now and am a bit nervous but I will get through it.

With the depression I am a bit more anxious but am handling it well so I am really proud of myself.

And you, how are you holding up?

Cm,

Congratulations on semester 2! Woohoo that is quite the accomplishment! Way to go.

Hi Ya Lore:

Might take a bit getting used to the new name.  Sorry to hear about your divorce, hope everything works out for the best.

As for me I started my 2nd semester last week and am looking forward to it.  This is quite an accomplishment for me as I didn't think I would make it through 1st semester.  School has given me a purpose and has shown me that I am capable of so much more than I thought.

I have some pretty good days now and then, something I didn't think was possible.  I still deal with mood swings, the occasional pa and other delightful aspects of the disorder.

Well I guess that' s it for me.

Hi Sarah, thanks so much for the encouraging words. I'm so glad to be back.

Joe, I'm glad to read all the progresses you've made and done. I missed out! But it's exciting to read.

Hi CM! How are things going with  you? I'd love to hear/ read.

Hey Diva, I guess it's the day for THE comebacks. How have things been going on for you?

Great to reunite with you all.

Hiya Lore!

Omg, glad to get some news from you. I just got back onto the forums today myself!

I am sorry to hear about all you have to deal with. I am glad you came back and glad you are taking care of yourself. Welcome back!

Hi Ya Lore:

Welcome back, nice to hear from you again.

Miki, who's Miki?  Just kidding!  Heya Miki, (or I should say Lore).  Great to hear from you again!  Oh, this is Joe btw.

Things are great over here.  The PA's are completely gone, now it's general anxiety...but even that I'm making great strides in. Overall, compared to how things were when I started, my overall outlook on life, and myself, is a lot better.

I can understand all you've been through, but you made an extremely powerful, and good, decision for yourself last we talked.  So even in spite of all of that you're going through with anxieties, I'm still proud you stood up and did so well for yourself!

So in short, welcome back!  I know this year will bring great things for all of us.  It's the year our dreams get started
Cheers!

Lore,

Welcome back! What a great idea to have a new name- like you said, a new year, a new beginning
Sorry to hear about you and your husband. However, it is most likely for the best. You are a strong woman and you know what is right for you. Remember, we are always here for you, no matter what.
Please stay close and keep us posted on how you are. It is great to have you back

Hey everyone... is everyone still here?
It's Miki, but I'll be using  Lore now. New year, new start, new name.
I used to be on the panic center until about the fall of last year and I drifted away from this site, but I'm back!
How have all of you been?

For people who don't know me,
My panic attacks started about 3 years ago and I was on medication (Lexapro) for about a year and a half. After I got myself off the medication early last year, I fell into extreme depression and the panic and anxiety was at it's worst. That is when I started this site and this site helped me along the way... thanks to the many people on here (Diva, Cornishdee, Dazed Mommy, Joe, are you all still here?).

Anyway, my husband decided to make things worse and played the victim because of my 'disorder', so I am in the middle of my divorce now.  I've had a great bundle of pressure leave now because of this decision, but, I still have my fears and anxieties.

Nice to meet and re-meet you all.
