Hi Drielly,   Glad to see that you were able to calm down and have a nice dinner...........I'm sure soup is not as scrumptious as a juicy burger but it's a start!   You are doing really well..........keep up the great work and thanks for the update!     Faryal, Health Educator

So my husband is working late and I was terrified to be here home all alone and to eat by myself.  So, I calmed myself down, listened to some music and decided to make a bowl of soup.  I really want a fat juicy burger but I am not going to push myself too far.  I know soup is easy to eat and If I feel anxious I know that I will be okay and that my neighbors are home if I absolutely need it.  I started to get the lump in my throat before but I focused on petting and playing with my cats and before I knew it I felt better.  Time to have dinner!
