HI, all, my neighbour called at around 8:00 and asked me to run errands with her and the baby. I said yes and dashed next door. We went to a super target..!!! i've only been there with my husband, and never with a friend, especially the last 3 months with my anxiety back. At first i felt that instant dizziness, but I tried to play wit Logan and say silly things to him, and then the next thing i was walking around a super target, we bought some groceries, we were there about 45 mins. I was so impressed with myself, we went to the book store and I was fine, and for coffee. It felt great. My husband was happy. So wanted to share this all with you, who have been so supportive to me.
