Lorlee, Rant away! You're right, very frustrating! We encourage you to temporarily get back to basics and start challenging those thoughts. Well this has been a really crappy morning. Ever since I have woken up I have been feelings waves of anxiety. I have even taken extra ativan to try and cope. I really feel like I am losing it today. I know there is really nothing wrong but I cannot seem to stop thinking that my breathing is off or that my heart is not beating right. This is so frusterating. I know this is all in my mind but I hate how real it feels. I was even avoiding coming to the site because I just don't want to deal with this anymore and it felt like by coming here I had to think about my anxiety every day. I am so sick of thinking about it and talking about it. I have been dealing with this for soo long and I am sick and tired of it. Just needed to rant!!! :mad:
